Carlos Rivera

Carlos Rivera is a transformational leader with a 28-year career in manufacturing processes, currently serving as Senior Vice President Operations at Stellantis since 2022. In previous roles, including Mexico Manufacturing Vice President and various managerial positions, they were responsible for coordinating the production of vehicles and components across multiple manufacturing facilities in Mexico. Their career highlights include executing innovative strategies to increase customer quality for RAM products and developing cost-reduction strategies through insourcing. Carlos holds a D1 in Dirección from IPADE and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic System Engineering from ITESM.
