Following a stint in the Mineral Dust processing sector at Saint-Gobain, Farid returned to the automotive industry as Plant Manager at Marelli Automotive Lighting, where they significantly improved plant performance. Currently, they serve as Manufacturing Chief Engineer and Head of Operations at Stellantis Gurun Plant, overseeing multiple manufacturing departments.
