Michael Schulte is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Global Chief Engineer for FWD Automatic, CVT & Hybrid Transmission at Stellantis since March 2020. With a focus on transitioning to electrification, Michael oversees products with an annual turnover exceeding $3 billion and has previously held senior management roles within Stellantis, including driving innovative engineering strategies and leading global design teams. Prior to Stellantis, Michael held director positions at AAM, where responsibilities included overseeing product engineering for differential assemblies and leading teams across multiple European technical centers. With a diverse background that includes significant roles at Dana Incorporated, Linamar Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and foundational experiences in mechanical engineering, Michael holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from HSB Hochschule Bremen.
