Nathaniel Villella is a seasoned automotive professional with extensive experience in product strategy and competitive intelligence, currently serving as the Director of EV Fleet Charging Ecosystem at Stellantis since October 2019. In this role, Nathaniel focuses on developing strategies for fleet EV charging and energy management, driving EV adoption, and enhancing customer experiences. Prior experience includes roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles where Nathaniel held key positions such as Jeep Product Strategy Manager and RAM Product Strategy Manager, leading long-range business planning and product development processes. Nathaniel holds an MBA in Marketing & Marketing Research from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design & Advertising from the University of Michigan.
