Richard Dubrava

Richard DuBrava currently serves as the Vice President of Employee Relations at Stellantis, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Richard was the Director of Industrial & Employee Relations for BP from January 2013 to April 2021, where responsibilities included leading labor negotiations and developing data-driven approaches for multiple bargaining cycles across various regions, including the US, UK, and Belgium. Richard's earlier experience includes serving as the Regional Human Resources Director for Owens-Illinois, Inc., and various roles at Chrysler, where significant achievements included negotiating contracts and implementing key operational processes that yielded substantial cost savings. Richard DuBrava holds a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Labor Negotiations from the University of Notre Dame, a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law, and a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations and Human Resources Management from Michigan State University.
