Teresa Hodder

Teresa Hodder serves as the Vice President of Engineering & Technology Operations at Stellantis, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Teresa led the North America Cross Carline Project Management Office at Stellantis, overseeing the development of a new project management organization. With extensive experience at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from 2004 to 2021 in various leadership roles, Teresa managed the Global Compass Program and product development human resources, among other responsibilities. Earlier career experiences include managerial positions at DaimlerChrysler and Chrysler, with a foundational role at General Motors. Teresa holds an MBA, an MS in Manufacturing Systems, and a BSME from Lawrence Technological University.
