Ruparani Mailapalli has been working in the IT recruitment field since 2018. Ruparani began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Info Origin Inc., where they recruited and hired candidates for Full time, contract, contract-to-hire and corp-to-corp for all IT positions for multiple client companies. Ruparani identified qualifying, and interested candidates through Internet sites, various job boards, database, and referrals. Ruparani also reviewed and filtered candidate's complete profile/resume and evaluated applicant's work history, education and training, job skills, desired salary/hourly rate, and personal qualifications according to open requirements. In 2021, they joined Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC as a Sr. US IT Recruiter.
