Smitha Padmanabhan

Smitha Padmanabhan has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Smitha is currently working as an HR Director at Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC, where they focus on delivering high-quality consultants for technology projects. Prior to this, they worked as the India Head of HR at ARK Solutions, Inc., where they streamlined HR processes and improved the organization's structure. Smitha also served as a Recruitment Consultant at Titan Data Group Inc., where they worked on complex IT solutions. Smitha has also held HR positions at Tanisha Systems, Inc., ICONMA, Auritas, Iron Systems, Inc., Inteletech Global Inc, USOFT TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PVT LTD, and Izar Associates, Inc. In these roles, they have been responsible for various HR processes and functions, such as HR policy management, employer branding, recruitment, and employee relations.

Smitha Padmanabhan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from CCS (Chaudhary Charan Singh) University from 1993 to 1996. In 1992 to 1994, Smitha obtained a Diploma in Engineering and Technology with a specialization in Cosmetology and Health from Meera Bai Institute of Technology. Smitha gained knowledge in cosmetic formulation, manufacturing, analysis, marketing, and industrial training and education during this time.

In terms of additional certifications, Smitha obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green certification in Business Excellence (BE) from KPMG Learning Academy Malta in 2019. In the same year, they also completed the XLRI HR Management Program, Batch 9, from XLRI - VIL Programs, specializing in Human Resource Management.

Smitha further enhanced their skills by obtaining certifications outside of their academic degrees. Smitha completed the Iron Lady Masterclass from Iron Lady in September 2021 and obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from KPMG India in 2019.
