Paul Levasseur

Paul Levasseur is the VP, Customer & Partner Enablement at Stellar Cyber. Prior to joining Stellar Cyber, Paul was the Sr Director of Knowledge Services at Aerohive Networks Inc. from September 2006 to October 2016.

At Aerohive, Paul was responsible for building a world-class Knowledge Services organization consisting of online and chat based support, knowledge base, customer community, technical training, customer onboarding, technical marketing, and tech pubs. Paul was also a key contributor in defining and validating the functionality of products as well as improving and productizing work performed by SEs, TAC, partners, and customers for complex deployments and new features with the goal to improve customer satisfaction and minimize the time needed for deploy products and solutions.

During their time at Aerohive, Paul trained thousands of Aerohive customers and channel partners online instructor-led courses, SaaS-based training modules and online training videos. Paul also built a virtualized remotely accessible infrastructure to enable complex training lab environments with minimal setup, used by employees and partners to provide training world wide. In addition, Paul implemented a learning management system for on-demand SaaS-based training and accreditation programs.

Paul has produced over a thousand pages of information in the form of technical solution articles, architecture and feature white papers, how-to guides, courseware, onscreen task-based walk-throughs, competitive analysis, community responses, courseware, and knowledge base articles.
