Samuel R. Simkowski has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Samuel R. started their career as a Carpenter at Dave Kunkel Construction in 1988, where they gained experience in residential construction and remodeling. In 1989, they worked as a Fishing Guide at Alaska Trophy Safari's, where they provided hospitality and entertainment to sport fishing clientele in remote areas of Alaska. Samuel R. then joined NewPage Corporation in 1994 as a Backtender 63 Papermachine, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a paper machine. During their time there, they gained experience in working with various systems such as hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, infrared, and steam/heat transfer systems. In 2015, they worked as a Mechanical Designer at A & B Process Systems, where they utilized their mechanical expertise. Later in the same year, they transitioned to Stellar as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on mechanical engineering projects.
Samuel R. Simkowski received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate's degree in Mechanical Design from Mid State Technical College, which they pursued from 1992 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Samuel also holds certifications as a Procore Certified Engineer from Procore Technologies, which they obtained in January 2017.
