Jennifer B. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. Jennifer currently works at Stellar Elements as the Lead Experience Designer. Prior to that, they were an Experience Architect at the same company.

Jennifer also has a long history of working as an independent consultant, specializing in web and native UX & UI design. Jennifer has expertise in human-computer interaction, usability analysis, creating user scenarios, conducting usability testing, and information architecture. Jennifer is skilled in using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, and Sketch. Jennifer has also conducted extensive research and reporting on usability studies.

Jennifer has previously worked at Noble Applications as the Director of User Experience and as a Senior UX/UI Designer and Usability Analyst. At Promega Corporation, they served as the UX Lead Consultant for an international biotech e-commerce site redesign. Jennifer has also worked at ZyQuest Inc. Technology and Development as a Senior UI/UX Designer, implementing a Lean UX process and directly strategizing with clients.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked at Assurant Health as a Senior User Experience Engineer, where they were responsible for designing interfaces for software applications and conducting usability tests. Jennifer also worked at Greenbrier & Russel as a User Interface Designer, providing interface design, web development, and usability testing services to various corporations. Jennifer began their career as an Interface Designer and Web Developer at Athena Group, where they gained experience in web design, HTML programming, project management, and client requirement discovery sessions.

Jennifer B. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Arts & Technologies with an emphasis in Graphic Design, Technical Writing, and Web Development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 1993 to 1998. In 2006, they also received a Certified Usability Analyst (HFI-CUA) certification in User Centered Engineering & Design from Human Factors International (HFI).
