Swati Garodia

Swati Garodia is an accomplished executive currently serving as the EVP, Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at Paycor since July 2021, where Swati is also a member of the executive committee reporting directly to the CEO. In addition, Swati is a member of the Board of Advisors at Stellar Elements as of June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Product Officer for the Tax & Accounting Division at Thomson Reuters, driving portfolio strategy and managing a $1B+ product portfolio, and holding multiple roles within Thomson Reuters that contributed to significant business growth. Swati's career also includes positions at PA Consulting, Genpact, and Penguin Electronics, demonstrating a diverse background in consulting, analytics, and business development. Swati holds an MBA in Strategy & Finance from Boston University's Questrom School of Business, a PGPCM in Marketing and Communications from MICA, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
