David Carmouche

Dr. David Carmouche has over 23 years of progressive health care leadership. As Senior Vice President, Community Care, he serves on the organization’s senior management team and leads Ochsner’s value-based care delivery organization. Prior to joining Ochsner, Dr. Carmouche served as Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at BCBS Louisiana, the state’s largest commercial insurance carrier with over 1.6 million members.
