Joseph Cantz

Joseph Cantz is a professional with experience in talent acquisition and IT support. Since December 2019, Joseph has served as a Military Talent Liaison at Stellar Innovations & Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities include building a talent pipeline for IT and cyber security roles, conducting candidate interviews, collaborating with department managers on employment needs, developing job posting processes, and streamlining the hiring cycle. Prior to this, Joseph worked as an IT Intern at Montgomery County Job Center, managing help desk duties and assisting with system configurations and migrations. Joseph also has experience as a Marketing Assistant Intern with the Dayton Dragons Professional Baseball, providing stadium tours, supporting event planning, and managing sales tracking. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Wright State University and has further education from Cornell University.
