Scott Fillback

Scott Fillback has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Scott began their career as a Computer Programmer in the USAF in November 1971 and continued in this role until December 1991. Following this, they joined ICF International in January 1992 as a Program Manager, where they served for 17 years until January 2009. In January 2009, they transitioned to Peerless Technologies, assuming the position of Director of Information Systems. Scott held this role until December 2015. Since January 2016, Scott has been working at Stellar Innovations & Solutions, Inc. as the Director of Business Development.

Scott Fillback attended Sinclair Community College from 1985 to 1986, but did not obtain a degree or specific field of study. Prior to that, from 1970 to 1971, they attended Indiana State University and earned an Associates Degree, with no specified field of study.
