Raf Seymus

Raf Seymus has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. In 2014, they founded and served as the CEO of Exellys, a company dedicated to enriching IT, science, and engineering talent through internships and career acceleration programs. Under their leadership, Exellys achieved a turnover of €12 million in 2019. In 2019, Seymus founded Stellar Labs and assumed the position of Founder & CEO, focusing on developing people to meet business demands. Additionally, Seymus served as a Project Lead at the University of Antwerp for the research project "Learning 4.0" from November 2019 to April 2022. Raf also served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at huapii from June 2020 to April 2022 and as a Member of the Board of Directors at :: projective from February 2020 to February 2021.

Raf Seymus obtained a Bachelor's degree in Educational Sciences from Hogeschool Antwerpen, studying from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry in November 2016, and in ITIL V3 Foundation from EXIN in December 2010.
