Stella Collins has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Stella is currently the Co-founder and Chief Learning Officer at Stellar Labs, where they lead effective learning using innovative scientific insights. Stella is also a Research Lead at the University of Antwerp, focusing on the Learning 4.0 project. Stella has experience as a LinkedIn Learning Instructor and has worked as a Creative Director and author at Stellar Learning, where they transform training, learning, and communication using neuroscience and psychology insights. Stella co-founded Skills2Grow and Brain in Business, and has previous experience as a Technical Support and Training Manager at Demantra, an IT consultant at Ashton Project Services in New Zealand, and a Programmer/Analyst at Galileo International. Stella's expertise lies in upskilling, research, learning methodologies, and communication improvement.

Stella Collins obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from The University of Sheffield, which they completed between the years 1980 and 1983. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Communication from City, University of London, which they completed in 1984.
