Candace Kelly

Candace Kelly is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles, including Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Stellar Development Foundation. Kelly has served on the Board of Advisors at UC Center for Business Law SF and as a member of the Board of Directors at Blockchain Association. Previous positions include Senior Legal Director for Government Investigations and Legal Director for Global Privacy, Security, and Consumer Protection (Interim) at Uber Technologies, Inc., as well as Chief of Special Prosecutions & National Security Unit and Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Williams College and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).
