Gemma Dobbs

Gemma Dobbs is an experienced project manager currently working at the Stellar Development Foundation, where responsibilities include managing the Stellar Community Fund to promote equitable access to the global financial system. Previously, Gemma served as the Grants and Events Coordinator at SCIPP International, overseeing operations for educational training and job placement programs, and significantly improving project completion rates. Additional roles include Special Events Coordinator at The Shed, Program Intern at Forum Ventures, Junior Copywriter at Anyword, and Digital Advocacy Intern at The Wilderness Society, among others. Gemma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Studies and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from James Madison University.
