Sara Johansen

Sara Johansen currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Stellar Development Foundation, leading global People Operations and Business Partners since May 2024. Concurrently, involvement as a Mentor with First Round Fast Track and as an Advisor & Mentor for Resources for Humans highlights dedication to nurturing emerging People and Talent professionals. Previously, Sara held the role of Head of People & Talent at Paceline, overseeing operations across the US, UK, and Canada, and was the founding People & Talent Partner for Lemonaid Health. Earlier experience includes significant roles at The RealReal and Neiman Marcus Group, where expertise in HR and talent acquisition was developed across various levels and sectors.
