Elisabeth Galvin is a passionate founder of Stellar Snacks, where Elisabeth has been since January 2019. Elisabeth is also the owner of Delyse Inc, a position Elisabeth has held since 1992. Furthermore, Elisabeth is the Founder & CEO of North Star Connect since January 2014 and the CEO of AIRMARKET LLC since 2010. Elisabeth Galvin holds a Master's degree et DEUG Droit in Public Finance from University de Droit et de Sciences Economiques France Nice, graduating between 1981-1986.

Our founders, Elisabeth and Gina Galvin, are the first and only lady bosses baking pretzels and roasting nuts in the United States. Like the sun is central to the solar system, our business revolves around our snacks. We reach for the stars when it comes to quality and sustainability in all aspects of our business. Stellar Snacks is an end to end snack manufacturer. From R&D to distribution, we serve our clients every step of the way. Our European designed pretzel oven allows us to bake pretzels in various shapes and sizes. Unlike some competitors, our products are less calories, low fat non gmo, peanut free, dairy free, and vegan friendly. They are baked fresh and roasted daily in Carson City, NV.
