Vardhan Dharnidharka

Vardhan Dharnidharka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Principal at Stellaris Venture Partners since November 2024, Vardhan previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Shiftsmart, focusing on core product leadership and team management. Vardhan's expertise includes leading AI/ML initiatives as Head of AI/ML at ClickUp and managing core Rider Product development at Lyft as a Senior Engineering Manager. Additional roles at Lyft included a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, where Vardhan focused on machine learning products. Earlier in the career, Vardhan worked as a Senior Software Engineer in Machine Learning at Bloomberg LP, after starting as a Financial Software Developer. Vardhan holds a Master’s degree in Computational Biology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from RV College of Engineering.
