Anamika Tripathi

Anamika Tripathi is an experienced professional in the food science and technology sector with a strong focus on project management and expertise in encapsulation and fermentation technologies. Since October 2020, Anamika has held the position of Project Lead at Stellarix Consultancy Services, overseeing resource management and end-to-end project execution while ensuring project quality. Anamika's prior roles include Senior Associate and Associate at the same company, where responsibilities involved patent analysis, technology scouting, and benchmarking. Anamika has also contributed as an Internship Trainee at Sri Shantha Durga Food Pvt. Ltd., providing training on HACCP and GMP protocols and gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of food processing. Anamika holds an MTech in Food Science and Technology from the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management and a BTech in the same field from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad.
