Alieu Moussa Sheriff has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Alieu Moussa is the Founder of GGECEJ since May 2021 and serves as an Ambassador for YCM Challenge starting from February 2023. In 2019, they worked at Stella's Girls, Inc as a Program Manager, where they were responsible for organizing programs and activities, developing budgets and operating plans, and writing program funding proposals. Alieu Moussa also volunteered at the organization, mentoring girls and young women through community initiatives. Alieu has also served as a Diplomatic Fellow at the Federation of International Gender and Human Rights (FIGHR) since January 2022. Prior to that, they volunteered at Liberia Unites in 2020 and worked as an Administrative Assistant at YOCEL from 2017 to 2023. At YOCEL, they performed various administrative and clerical tasks and supported other departments. Alieu has also held the position of Director of Communications at Right Holders' Network-RHN from February 2022 to January 2023. Before that, they worked as a Warehouse Data Analyst/Entry Clerk at A&G from May to August 2021. Alieu's earlier work experience includes being the Manager at Gateway Computer Center from 2017 to 2021 and serving as a Planning Committee Member for the National Children and Youth Advocacy Board (NCYAB) Lofa, Plan International Liberia from 2014 to 2021.

Alieu Moussa Sheriff's education history begins in 2015 when they obtained a certificate in Computer Science and Technology from Gateway Computer Center. From 2017 to 2019, they attended St. Joseph's Catholic Mission School and earned a High School Diploma with a focus on Communication and Media Studies. In 2022, they attended BlueCrest University College and obtained a Certificate in Information Technology Project Management Professional. Alongside their formal education, Alieu also obtained various additional certifications and awards, including the 2022 Peace Prize Winner in STEM/STEAM/Environment from the Federation of International Gender and Human Rights (FIGHR), the CROSS CULTURAL DIVERSITY, INCLUSION AND SENSITIVITY COURSE in 2021, and a Certificate of Appreciation for Community Volunteer Services from the United Nations in 2021. Alieu Moussa also received certifications in fields such as Human Rights Advocacy, Sexual & Gender-Based Violence, Sustainable Development Goals, Cross-Cultural Competence, Children and Youth Advocacy, and more from different institutions in various years.
