Lilly Verhagen

Lilly Verhagen, MD, M.H.Sc Epidemiologist, PhD, is an experienced paediatrician specializing in infectious diseases and immunology, currently serving at Radboud University Medical Centre Nijmegen since June 2021. Lilly also holds the position of consultant with Médecins Sans Frontières while working as an honorary research fellow at Stellenbosch University. Previous roles include clinician scientist at UMC Utrecht and providing emergency care as a paediatrician in refugee settings. Lilly's educational background includes an MD from Radboud University and an M.H.Sc in epidemiology from Utrecht University, culminating in a PhD focused on respiratory infections in Venezuelan children.
