Eric started their career as a Development Officer at Fordham University from October 2007 to March 2009.

Eric then ventured into the residential real estate industry, where they became a Small Business Owner, acquiring single-family properties to renovate and resell. Eric also managed several income properties in the Boston area. This role lasted from May 2009 to November 2014.

In November 2014, Eric joined Jumpshell as a Network Development Manager. Eric developed a strategic network of real estate agents and led business development efforts to expand the company's market presence. Eric contributed to lead generation, website content, and a customized CRM for rental agents. Eric left the company in October 2015.

From November 2015 to September 2018, Eric worked at WegoWise, a SaaS platform that improves the financial performance of properties through energy and water savings. Eric held the positions of Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Director of Sales. In these roles, they focused on improving operational efficiency, identifying savings opportunities, and analyzing ROI on efficiency investments.

Starting in September 2018, Eric joined AppFolio, Inc. as an Account Executive for AppFolio Property Manager. Eric provided cloud-based software solutions and empowered management companies and owner-operators to market and grow their businesses. From August 2018 to October 2019, they also served as the Manager, Inside Sales for WegoWise by AppFolio. Eric left AppFolio in April 2021.

In May 2021, Eric joined Coursedog as the Director of Strategic Partnerships. Eric streamlined academic operations for colleges and universities through an innovative platform, enabling higher education professionals to focus on student success and long-term strategic planning. Eric'stenure at Coursedog lasted until April 2023.

Currently, Eric is working as a University Partnerships Executive at Stellic, starting in May 2023. Stellic partners with higher education institutions to improve student outcomes through an end-to-end degree management platform. Their solutions ensure that students reach their full potential by providing holistic and scalable student support.
