Mia Andrews

Mia Andrews has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Mia is currently working as a Fractional Chief of Staff at Levels Consulting, starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Five9, where they held various roles from January 2019 to March 2022, including Chief of Staff and EA to the Chief Marketing Officer, Special Projects and Program Manager, Team Engagement, and Acting Chief of Staff to the CMO. Mia'sresponsibilities at Five9 included managing special projects within marketing and company-wide, implementing D&I initiatives and ERGs, internal communications, employee engagement, and goal setting. Mia also managed training programs, content, and budget.

Before Five9, Mia was an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CTO at CircleCI from December 2017 to September 2018. Mia supported internal initiatives and strategic projects, organized company-wide meetings and events, and assisted with executive recruitment and international expansion efforts.

Prior to CircleCI, Mia worked at Spencer Stuart from 2011 to 2017 in various roles, including Analyst, Project Manager, and Executive Assistant. Mia'sresponsibilities included legal and compliance analysis, project management, and executive support.

Mia's early work experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at MEC Dynamics from June 2009 to August 2011, where they contributed to managing expenses, processing invoices, and planning international expansion. Mia also worked as an Executive Assistant at Crowne Plaza San Jose-Silicon Valley from August 2006 to June 2009, supporting the General Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Sales Team.

Through their extensive work experience, Mia has developed strong skills in project management, executive support, internal communications, and employee engagement.

Mia Andrews' education history includes attending The Wharton School in 2022-2023 to study Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Mia also obtained a certification in Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development from Wharton Executive Education in May 2023. In 2019, they attended Effective Training Solutions to obtain a degree in Causative Communication. Additionally, Mia has studied Business Marketing and Finance at San Francisco State University and completed an Executive Education Program in Leadership Communication at the University of California, Berkeley. In terms of certifications, they also completed a course on Becoming a Chief of Staff with Brian Rumao from LinkedIn in March 2019.
