Ken Standridge

Ken Standridge has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Engineering Laboratory Technician in the US Navy from 2013 to 2019. There, they were responsible for maintaining the nuclear power plant systems and acted as a radiological control supervisor.

In 2019, Standridge joined Enel Green Power as a Control Room Operator, where they remotely operated power generating facilities and monitored plant parameters. Ken later became a Shift Lead in Real Time Operations, supervising a team of operators and coordinating grid operations.

In 2021, Standridge moved to Enel North America as a Senior Analyst, focusing on analyzing and reporting the financial results of renewable power plants and power contracts. Ken also handled contract administration and resolved any invoice discrepancies or contract issues.

In 2022, Standridge transitioned to Enel Green Power again, initially serving as a BESS Operational Efficiency Manager, optimizing production/consumption and technical KPIs. Later, they took on the role of Manager of Operational Efficiency.

Lastly, in 2023, Standridge joined Stem, Inc. as the Director of the Remote Operations Center and Asset Management Services.
