Mike Cole

Mike Cole has a diverse range of work experience in structured finance and corporate development. Mike is currently the Director of Structured Finance at Stem, Inc. Prior to this, they held various roles at Bloom Energy, including Director of Corporate Development and Structured Finance, Principal of Structured Finance, and Senior Manager of Structured Finance. Before their time at Bloom Energy, Mike took a travel sabbatical and worked at BMO Capital Markets as an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Mike also has experience as a Director of National Accounts at Lift Capital Corporation, a Principal at Lumetro Corporation, and a Corporate Training Manager at Sporting Life.

Mike Cole earned their MBA with Dean's List honors in Business Administration and Management from the Ivey Business School at Western University in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they completed their Honours BA in Business, Political Science, and Conflict Resolution at the University of Waterloo from 1999-2003. Mike obtained their OSSD at North Toronto Collegiate Institute from 1994-1999. Mike also attended Upper Canada College in 1992-1993 and the Mabin School from 1984-1991.
