Reuben Peter-Paul has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Reuben started their career as a Programmer at Isomni Inc in 2005, where they re-implemented an older e-learning platform. Later, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of New Brunswick, participating in the development of "The Evolving Transformation System."

In 2008, Reuben became a Software Consultant at Accreon Inc. Reuben then joined the National Research Council in 2009 as a Prototype Development Specialist, specializing in system design and development using various technologies and platforms.

Reuben's employment at JEDI as an Information and Communications Technology Officer and at IPSNP Computing Inc as a Senior Software Engineer followed in 2012.

Reuben began their tenure at Siemens in 2012 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they played a lead role in designing and implementing core features of a Demand Response Management System. Reuben also worked as a Software Architect, focusing on high-volume IoT data management systems.

In 2017, Reuben joined Resson Aerospace as a Software Engineer, responsible for extending the RAMAS platform web API and building RESTful web APIs and web sockets.

Reuben returned to Siemens in 2018 as a Senior Software Architect, working on IoT solutions and integration architecture. Reuben then transitioned to Stem Inc in 2019 as a Principal Software Engineer and Tech Lead, leading the development and optimization of reliable and secure software solutions for energy optimization and sustainability.

Throughout their career, Reuben has shown expertise in software architecture, development, and implementation, with a strategic focus on improving performance, security, and scalability.

Reuben Peter-Paul has a Master of Computer Science (MCS) degree from the University of New Brunswick, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) degree at the same university from 2000 to 2005. Reuben also holds a high school diploma from Fredericton High School. In terms of additional certifications, Reuben has obtained various certifications such as "Mathematics for Machine Learning: Linear Algebra" from Coursera in 2019, "Executive Data Science Specialization" from Coursera in 2018, "Decentralized Applications" from SimpleCert in 2018, "Functional Programming Principles in Scala" from Coursera in 2016, and is also a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance.
