Steve Ayers is currently the User Experience Design Manager at Stem, Inc., leading a team of designers supporting multiple scrum teams. Previously, Steve held positions such as User Experience Design Manager at MercuryGate International, Lead IT Interaction Designer at GE, and eBusiness Portfolio Manager at Ferguson Enterprises. Steve's expertise includes leading design teams, streamlining design cycles, establishing design systems, and creating innovative products. Steve is a BFA, Graphic Design graduate from Western Kentucky University.
