Gemma Finch

Gemma Finch began their work experience in 2000 as a Medical Sales Representative at Servier. Gemma then transitioned to the role of NHS Project co-ordinator from 2002 to 2005. In 2006, they joined AstraZeneca as an Integrated Healthcare Specialist and remained there until 2010. From 2010 onwards, they worked at STEM, starting as a Project Director for the UK and Ireland. Throughout their time at STEM, they held various positions such as Senior Project Director, Vice President of Training and Skills Development, Head of Capability, and currently, they serve as the Head of Operations.

Gemma Finch obtained a degree in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2013. Gemma also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology and Science Communication from Royal Holloway, University of London. Gemma Finch has an additional certification in CIM from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
