Jarvis Sulcer, Ph.D. has over two decades of experience in education and STEM initiatives. Jarvis is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at LINGO. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Education and Outreach at STEMBoard, where they managed the largest STEM camp in the Bahamas, secured funding and partnerships, and scaled programs across multiple U.S. cities. Before STEMBoard, they worked at the Level Playing Field Institute, where they served as the President & Chief Education Officer and Director of Education, managing a budget of $4M and developing innovative STEM programs for underrepresented students. Sulcer also founded XCEL Educational Services and worked as a Quality and Reliability Engineer in Semiconductor Manufacturing and New Product Development at Agilent Technologies.

Jarvis Sulcer, Ph.D. holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nuclear Science and Engineering from Cornell University. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Physics with a minor in Mathematics from Southern University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
