Courtney McNaught

Courtney McNaught is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global HR Operations at STEMCELL Technologies since January 2018, Courtney leads initiatives in people processes, policies, and governance to enhance employee experience. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Employee & HR Services at the Canucks and various positions at lululemon athletica, including Analyst and Team Lead in People Operations. Courtney also held roles as Program Director at the YMCA of Greater Vancouver and Program Coordinator at the Alma Mater Society of UBC Vancouver. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Genetics from The University of British Columbia, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
