Danielle Klein, SHRM-CP, PMP, currently serves as the Global Senior HR Operations Manager at Kymera International, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Danielle was the Human Capital Director for Healthcare in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Division at Foundry Commercial from January 2023 to January 2025, where the focus was on managing senior living communities in partnership with Spring Arbor Senior Living. Danielle's previous experience includes positions as Plant Human Resources Manager at Rich Products Corporation and Armacell, and Corporate Human Resources Manager at Columbus Industries. Danielle began the career as an HR Assistant Manager/Generalist at Hirschvogel Incorporated and was a Human Resources Specialist at Reliant Capital Solutions. Education includes a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management with a minor in Global Business from Franklin University, and an Associate degree in Science from Columbus State Community College.
