Idayat Ogungbade MBA, CCP, CPHR, GRP, SHRM-SCP is a seasoned professional in compensation and organizational design with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Compensation & Organizational Design Partner at STEMCELL Technologies, Idayat strategically collaborates with HR and Talent teams on complex compensation issues.
