Noga Zilberberg

Noga Zilberberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Noga is currently working as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at STEMCELL Technologies since May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis at Zymeworks Inc. from May 2021 to January 2022, where they co-led the annual budget process and various improvement initiatives. Additionally, they have been an entrepreneur, running their own job search coaching business called Zilberberg Consulting Inc. from 2018 to 2021, providing insights from a hiring manager's perspective to clients. Earlier in their career, they held finance leadership positions at Change Healthcare, McKesson, TELUS, and Eastman Kodak Company. Noga also served in the Israel Defense Forces as a Finance Team Lead from January 2001 to September 2004.

Noga Zilberberg holds an MBA in Financial Management from Tel Aviv University and a B.A in Economics & Accounting from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Noga completed the Women in Leadership Institute Program at Linkage, Inc. in 2013-2014. In 2021, they studied 4 Seasons of Reconciliation at the First Nations University of Canada. Additionally, they have a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from McKesson.
