Ryan White

Ryan White is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in systems engineering and mechatronics design. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at STEMCELL Technologies since July 2023, Ryan previously held the position of Senior Mechatronics Designer at D-Wave Systems Inc. from November 2019 to June 2023. Prior roles include Head of Hackspace, Manager, and Fellow at Imperial College London's Advanced Hackspace, where significant contributions were made in developing innovative solutions for airway clearance devices. Additional experience encompasses honorary research at UCL, hardware engineering at Sensium Healthcare, and effective leadership as Hardware Team Lead at Fotech Solutions Ltd. Expertise also includes founding rlab, a Reading Hackspace initiative, and extensive work in electronics engineering across various organizations, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering and Cybernetics from the University of Reading.
