Jesse Laster is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in process engineering and product development. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at STEMCO Products, Jesse previously held the role of Engineering Supervisor for New Product Development at Capacity Trucks, Inc., managing design and build projects for electric vehicles. Prior experience includes mechanical engineering roles focused on zero and near-zero emission vehicle designs, and positions as an adjunct professor at LeTourneau University, teaching drafting and modeling principles. Jesse’s background also includes internships and leadership as Chief Operating Officer at Laster Outdoor Power Equipment, where operational efficiencies were achieved. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science, both from LeTourneau University.
