Dean Fera

Dean Fera has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Dean is currently working at Stemline Therapeutics as the Senior Director and Head of Training and Development. Prior to that, they worked at Acceleron Pharma, where they held the roles of Director and Head of US Training & Development, as well as Associate Director of Training/Oncology Key Account Manager East Coast. Dean started their career at Merck in 1999, where they held various roles in sales and marketing, with a focus on oncology. Dean was involved in sales, reimbursement, brand marketing, speaker liaison services, hub programs, and exhibits. Dean also has expertise in molecular biology, with a particular emphasis on immunology therapy with Keytruda.

Dean Fera holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication/Marketing from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. In 2007, they completed a preceptorship at Duke University, where they specialized in Oncology and Cancer Biology.
