Marcela Zürrer

Marcela Zürrer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several pharmaceutical and medical organizations. Marcela most recently worked at Stemline Therapeutics as the Country Medical Lead for Switzerland starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Medical Director at Ideogen AG from June 2021 to August 2021. Marcela also served as the Head Medical Oncology for Switzerland at GSK from July 2019 to May 2021 and worked as part of the Medical Affairs team at TESARO Switzerland from June 2018 to June 2019.

Marcela has a long history with AstraZeneca, where they held various roles. Marcela was the Head of Clinical Research and Head of Medical Affairs Oncology from July 2014 to November 2015. Marcela also served as the Head of Medical Affairs for Specialty Medicine (Oncology, Neuroscience, Infectious Diseases) from October 2012 to June 2014.
