Previously, Maja held roles such as Senior Consultant at TOPF&DECKEL Personalberatung GmbH and Key-Account-Manager at publish-industry Verlag GmbH. With a Master of Arts in Business Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius and a Bachelor of Arts in Betriebswirtschaft from Hochschule Ansbach, Maja has a strong educational foundation to support their professional experiences.
