The leadership team at Stena Line has a history of experience in the shipping industry, with several members having worked for other companies such as Scandlines, Tallink Grupp, and Concordia. Many on the team also have experience in human resources, including HR Director - NetOnNet, Head of HR Landvetter Airport at Swedavia AB, and HR Manager at Svenska Mässan. The team is also educated, with degrees from universities such as Malmö University, Lund University, and Cornell University.
