Ulla Toft

Ulla Toft currently serves as Afdelingschef at Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen since October 2023. Ulla has held multiple academic and leadership positions at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, including Klinisk Professor i Sundhedsfremme og Forebyggelse and Lektor since September 2017. Additional roles include Sekretariatsleder at Det Sektorfri Forebyggelseslaboratorium from February 2018 to October 2023, and Sektionschef and Forskningsleder at Center for Klinisk Forskning og Forebyggelse during the same timeframe. Ulla has extensive prior experience as Sektionschef and forskningsleder at Glostrup Hospital and Ernæringskonsulent at Hjerteforeningen. Educationally, Ulla holds a Kandidatgrad in Human Ernæring and has completed a Diplom i Ledelse from Copenhagen Business Academy, alongside a B.Sc. in Ernæring og sundhed from Københavns Professionshøjskole, and a certification as a PREP instructor.
