Lana Petrovska has a wealth of experience in customer success, business development, and account management. Lana began their career in 2016 as an Internal Account Manager at RED BOX. In 2018, they took on the role of Direct Sales Account Manager EMEA at Funko, where they drove and maximized revenues, developed excellent relationships with clients, and supported and attended events and trade shows. In 2021, they held two positions: Business Development Manager at Flourish and Business Development Representative at Datasite. In their current role as Customer Success Specialist at Stenon, Lana manages the onboarding process for new customers and contributes to initiatives outside of customer conversations that better the customer experience.

Lana Petrovska obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Art and Design from Kingston University in June 2015. Prior to that, they completed their A-Levels at Bretford School for Girls in 2012. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Digital Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in March 2021 and a Bachelor's Degree in Art and Design from Kingston University in June 2015.
