Stephanie Stathas

Stephanie Stathas serves as the Co-Owner of the Pennsylvania Counseling Cooperative since March 2023. Additionally, Stathas has been a published coauthor for the International Journal of Childbirth Education since April 2015, contributing an article on mindfulness in childbirth education. With extensive experience in addiction recovery, Stathas has facilitated SMART Recovery groups since February 2014 and has held various counseling and supervisory roles at organizations such as Thriveworks, Laurel Life, and Beginnings Treatment Centers. Stathas possesses certifications in EMDR and biofeedback, complemented by a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and degrees in psychology from Montana State University-Bozeman and Florida Gulf Coast University. Coaching experience includes serving as a sports advisor for the Solon High School volleyball team in 2014, focusing on athlete performance enhancement.
