André Santos Raquel

André Santos Raquel is a seasoned lawyer and private notary with extensive experience in the fields of gaming and entertainment, banking and finance, and corporate law. Currently serving as a lawyer and private notary at JNV – Lawyers and Notaries since July 2011, André provides regulatory, compliance, operations, and litigation advice and has acted as counsel for gaming operators, notably assisting a Macau gaming operator in a public tender for gaming concessions. In addition, André holds positions as the FALP Representative in Macau and as an Affiliate Member of STEP – Advising Families Across Generations. Previous roles include General Counsel at TIMWETECH, Associate at CCA Law Firm, and Trainee Lawyer at both Abreu Semedo, Marques & Associados and Cristóvão & Fraga, Sociedade de Advogados, R.L. André obtained a degree in Law from the University of Lisbon between 2000 and 2005.
