Ian Rogers has work experience as an Education Advisor at West Sussex County Council since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at STEP Academy Trust, where they held the positions of Head Teacher and Deputy Head Teacher starting in 2014. Before that, they worked as a Deputy Head Teacher at Baldwins Hill Primary School from 2011 to 2014.

Ian Rogers attended the University of Plymouth from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Teaching.
