Vanessa Lara Polanco

Vanessa Lara Polanco, M.S. BCBA, LBA, currently serves as the Clinical Director at Step Ahead ABA, a role assumed in May 2023 that focuses on providing support, training, and mentorship to fellow Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Prior to this position, Vanessa held roles as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Registered Behavior Technician at ABS Kids from April 2020 to June 2023. Vanessa earned a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University in May 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, obtained in May 2020. Additionally, Vanessa completed an Associate of Arts in General Education at Randolph Community College and graduated from Randolph Early College High School, both in May 2018.
