Eric Lindey

Eric Lindey serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Step By Step, Inc. since November 2020. Prior to this role, Eric held various leadership positions, including President and Chief Executive Officer at Supportive Concepts For Families and Partners For Quality, Inc., as well as Executive Vice President at Inperium, Inc. Eric has extensive experience in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities, having held key roles such as Chief Innovation & Business Development Officer and Director of Intellectual & Developmental Disability Services at Milestone Centers, Inc. Eric founded The Habilitative Group, LLC, which later merged into a non-profit organization. Academically, Eric holds a Graduate Degree in Business Innovation from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business and a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication & Leadership from Seton Hall University.
